Frequently Asked Questions

What types of projects do you take on?

We design, manufacture, and install bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, media units, and full-home joinery packages. Whether it’s a single statement piece or an entire property, our work is tailored to your vision and space.

Do you only work in London?

We are based in London and complete most of our projects across the capital and South East. For select projects, we also collaborate on properties further afield—please contact us to discuss your location.

Do you work directly with homeowners or only through architects and designers?

Both. We collaborate with private clients as well as architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors, tailoring our process to suit each project team.

How does your design process work?

Our process is simple and collaborative: we begin with a consultation to understand your vision, then develop sketches and samples, manufacture everything in-house, and complete a seamless installation.

Can you work from architect drawings or reference images?

Yes. We can work from fully detailed architectural drawings or simple reference images, adapting our process to the information you provide.

Do you offer design-only or supply-only services?

We prefer to manage projects from design through to installation to ensure the highest quality and finish. However, we can discuss design-only or supply-only options for trade professionals.

How long does it take to complete a project?

Lead times range from 2–10 weeks after final design approval, depending on the size and complexity of the project and current workshop capacity.

When should I engage you in my project timeline?

The earlier, the better. Early involvement ensures we can align with your build programme and avoid unnecessary delays.

How much does bespoke joinery cost?

Every project is unique, so pricing depends on size, complexity, and materials. We’ll provide a detailed estimate after reviewing your drawings or discussing your brief.

Do you work on volume pricing for developers or multiple units?

Yes. We offer pricing for multi-unit and developer projects and are happy to discuss volume options and package rates.

What materials do you use?

We work with responsibly sourced timbers, high-quality veneers, lacquers, and premium hardware to ensure durability and a beautiful finish.

Are your timbers sustainably sourced?

Yes. Wherever possible, we use FSC-certified and sustainably sourced materials.

Do you handle installation?

Yes. Our installation team manages fitting with care and precision, coordinating with other contractors where required.

What aftercare or warranty do you offer?

We offer comprehensive aftercare advice and a warranty for all our joinery. Should you ever need support, we’re just a phone call away.

Do you work with contractors and developers?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with contractors and developers, working from tender packs, coordinating with site teams, and delivering to strict deadlines.

How do you handle tender packs or large-scale joinery contracts?

We’re experienced in pricing tender packs, negotiating volume packages, and delivering high-quality joinery packages on time and to specification.

Can you work on projects outside the UK?

Yes, for select projects. Please contact us to discuss feasibility, logistics, and lead times for international work.

What site information do you need before manufacturing starts?

We need accurate measurements, access details, and confirmation of services (like electrics and plumbing positions) to ensure a perfect fit. Our team carry out an in-depth site survey ahead of manufacture.
